I am giving 1 star as there is no option for 0 star. Yesterday evening, i visited this store with my husband. we almost spent around 400$ and store do not have proper prize tag near the products we have to go to counter for asking the price of product many times..moreover, we bought 4 teetoz vadapow and when we reached home i was excited to eat then and opened it for eating all those have fungus on it…we called the store talk to the manager but he was so rude and he didn’t care about the fungus food ..he told us that we should first check that those vadapow had fungus on it or not then buy it…and also he was very rude on phone. I recommend that plz guys do not buy frozen food from here…worst experience in my life talking with this manager over call and for vadapows too..Total waste of money .I am not going to buy anything from now onwards here.

The store manager needs to learn how to talk to their customers.When asked about why the broccoli had a purple crust on it, the manager (who I learnt is the owner's grandson) yelled at her, telling her off for asking questions! Store employees seem to be aware of his poor management approach but seemed hesitant to say anything.Deeply disappointed by his manager. Will definitely not be returning to the store.

Small with lots of options, appropriately stocked Indian grocery store. Vegetables were fresh. Many Indian staple brands available here like Gitz, Maggi, Chings, Knor etc.I usually enjoy the methi roti from here.

I bought $350 worth of groceries including 4 Teetoz Vada Pao and all of them had fungus on it. Check for yourself in the pictures below.Disastrous experience. The manager seems like he is the boss of Toronto. I understand you might have some bad products sitting in your store for weeks. I called these guys and they are horrible. The way manager handled the situation, I felt ashamed because he is representing a big community.Going to call City and let them know about it. Let’s see what city does.

I use to come here often. But recently have noticed their fresh fruits and veggies are not great quality and very overpriced. Also have had things rung up twice and other such issues with receipt.

My friend suggested me to try this place and I visited the store few hours ago and I had the worst experience. There is so much discrepancy. Like there is correct price listed on the products shelf, all outdated. And when you ask the grocery clerk. They check in the system and tell you certain price but when you checkout and see the bill it totally different. Like instant prices hike and many of the thing on my bill which I never bought, like Asian grocery, Asian grocery tax etc. and 2 of my items which were scanned in from of me were not in my bag. Like how irresponsible they are.Ohhh!! That lady on the front billing counter is so rude like you have too much stuff, so pack it fast and asking another customer to pack my stuff. It’s that your job to pack the grocery. There were other staff who were on the other counter and just talking doing nothing, why didn’t you call them.I live at a far distance, and when I checked my bad few of my items were missing. They packed my bags, who will compensate for this?

Good place for Indian Grocery. More variety of snacks (Namkeen) can be included.Amul ghee is missing at this store, you will get other brands.Good to go if you live nearby.

Good indian grocery store in Etobicoke area. The produce is always fresh and they usually carry lots of varieties. They have a wide selection of Indian cookies and pretty much have everything an Indian grocer would look for. Mangos are also amazing. Prices are reasonable compared to other similar stores in the area. They have a great selection of some of the most craved Indian snacks. All in all, I would recommend you check this place out.

They keep almost every groceries that anyone needs. From Dairy, vegetables, fruits, spices, snacks and several other items. Here you can find Indian/Pakistani cooking stuff like spices. Except for a few items the prices are higher. However, ample parking and good customer service is an added value. Good for people who would like Asian stuff. The commute is not easy to India Bazar.
